Its sooooo hot... we are just starting our 4th heat wave of the summer and I am not looking forward to it at all!! Today was 36 degrees ( 96F) and we are in for 4 days of 39-43 degrees ( 102-109F) hot hot hot ...
Being overweight in a heat wave.... sucks ... I am always hot and sweaty and its so gross!
I also went shopping in the two stores in my city that stock stylish clothes I bought a few tops to see me through the rest of summer.. I tried on a heap of dresses but they were all terrible!!! Strapless...too short..looked like maternity ware.... I cant wait to jump ship!!! Jump the bad plus size clothing ship that is so depressing...
So this morning I weighed in and I lost 3kg (6lb) yahooo... I did work hard for it worked out 6 days...really watched what I ate as well... its probably all fluid... I wonder if I can back it up this week...

Thank you converting everything for me bc I suck at it :) that is soooo hot. I hate summer heat and love fall and spring where you can wear clothes without sweating in all the wrong places!
OOh I think I might know which city you live in if you are going through a heat wave. Things are very hot this end too - we are low heading towards high 30's by the end of the week - again - and have just had a few hot hot days...blech!! I hope you find some relief.
That was a huge loss for you weight wise - so brilliant - and don't forget - you shivved yourself out of .6 of a pound lol...You lost 6.6 pounds this week (can you tell I'm used to converting it for our American and English friends??) lol Really well done - that was a major drop on the scales.
Seriously right now I would love to trade places with you and the dash !! It is sooo freaking cold here. Getting snow tonight and tmrw and then this weekend it's suppose to be ass cold!!! Went out and stocked up with food for the wknd cause I aint leaving my apartment !!!
Hang in there and pretty soon your days of shopping in the specialty sections will be over !!! I vowed that once I could fit into 16's I would never go to plus size stores or sections and it feels damn good to look for your jeans in the regular side !! 6 lbs is amazing and you sound like you have a totally solid plan !! Keep it up !!

mmm snow I am dreaming of it! In and out the car today doing home visits...The aircon in the car really wasnt coping at all!!!
Day dreaming about clothes shopping in normal shops.... I cant wait...
